The Psychology of Eating Program is unique 3-month program designed for the menopausal woman who has spent way too much time worrying about her weight; from excessive dieting to excessive exercise.
It includes Six weekly [50-minute] sessions over 6 weeks – followed by two [50-minute] follow-up sessions (over the next 6 weeks) to help support you to stay on track PLUS email support between sessions.

As your coach and guide, not only will I be supporting you to reach your highest goals, I will also be pulling out false thinking and sharing with you the tools to change the way you think about your body, food & moving your body. As part of this process, we will be paying very special attention to EATING HABITS, BODY VISION, and TOOLS to help you to discover what is holding you back from loving yourself.
